Met up with my family to have a quick dinner. The restaurant was probably 40% capacity. Our server was nice but she got one of our drinks wrong. Our food took over an hour and my burger and fries were cold. My mom’s salad didn’t even come out with our meal which is so weird because you would think it would be the first thing done. The food took way too long for how many people were there. Service was fine but not great. Overall we were pretty unimpressed.
Stopped in for a late lunch (3:00 on Saturday). We were told 30 minute wsit, was actually 45. When walking to table, someone clearly spilled something all over the floor and it wasn’t cleaned.
Once seated waitress took drink orders. She came back because she forgot what my husband ordered. We ordered steak & cheese egg rolls. Waitress came back after ten minutes, they were out of egg rolls so we asked for the pretzel instead. We got pretzel, it was fine...
