This is the BEST place for ice cream - especially the non-dairy soft serve option!!! I'm allergic to dairy and when we moved to Plymouth we called and asked every ice cream place (of which there are plenty here) if they offered a dairy free ice cream and they all said no (besides sorbet). And then we happened upon Ziggy's and have been faithful customers ever since!!! The owner is an absolute sweetheart and she now knows us and prepares my order when she sees us ;) ...
Ziggy's on the main drag in the center of town serves a variety of ice cream treats in different sizes. They only accept cash. I had a large cup of Rocky Road ice cream. It was refreshing and delicious!
Good and bad. First off, the girl was super friendly. Service was wicked fast. Tons of selections. I don't usually have cash on me, so I lucked out. Cash only is kind of a pain but that's their choice and it doesn't seem to be costing them much business.
My issue? I got fried iced cream to split with someone. I did this last year, and it was much bigger. This was TEENY TINY, and it was 12 dollars? Holy cow!!! One tiny scoop with a tiny bit of chocolate...
