Strong drinks are served quickly, and the service is attentive, with friendly waitstaff. The restaurant has a kitschy setting that feels far from touristy, creating a welcoming family-owned vibe. However, there are some functional oddities to be aware of. Despite opening at 6, reservations can only be made after 5, leading to some disorganization in seating and order taking. The restaurant may forget courses ordered, like salads, and occasionally run out of menu items like tiramisu. Billing errors were also noted but were promptly corrected. Overall, the food and drinks are good, and the location on a pier in Ptown is lovely. While there are areas for improvement, such as the reservation system and organizational procedures, the restaurant shows promise and potential for a return visit. Highlights also include the Polpette meatballs appetizer, limoncello cake, and chocolate mousse, along with a solid wine selection.
