“I went to Freeman’s for the first time on Monday - had the Pappardelle with braised beef short rib ragout, along with the Dark Chocolate Crémeux for dessert. Fantastic on all counts. And I just went again on Saturday night and had the Filet Mignon and Almond cake dessert. The filet was just outstanding, and the almond cake dessert was a perfect complement along with a glass of sparkling rosé that matched the warm almost summer day.
But far beyond the food was the service I received on both days. In both cases it was just exemplary. And on the Saturday I had my new friend Bruno as my server and wonderful host. His service was just impeccable, his attention to detail outstanding, and he left nothing to chance, taking care of me with the greatest care and kindness.
