Just had a very disappointing experience here after being excited to go and enjoy drinks at the bar and admire the interior after being recommended by a friend. We arrived and waited a few moments at the entrance to see if we could seat ourselves at the only two remaining seats at the bar. In that moment, a woman barreled past us and took one of the seat we were clearly waiting for saying “I work here. That’s why I did that”. Someone finally greeted us and I asked if we could get drinks. We were informed there was only one seat remaining so I asked if I could just stand next to that chair. I was informed “No. but you can go outside for drinks”. Since this defeated the whole purpose of our visit and it was chilly, we declined but not before informing him there was two seats available until their worker stormed past us to take one. All around poor taste. Plenty of other good bars in town than having to fight as a patron with the staff.

Always enjoyed S&S so we stopped by when it opened, and was completely empty, to grab a quick cocktail outside but were told that dogs were not permitted. We had our well behaved, 15 yr old bichon that was being carried in a sling. Just seems odd considering all the other pet friendly bars and restaurants in town.
The menu must change regularly; despite a review here to the contrary, when we had dinner there in August 2024 there were enough vegan dishes, plus an optionally vegan dish or two, to keep me (the veganest member of our party) very happy. I loved the pan con tomate (toasted bread, tomato, roasted garlic, olive oil), chickpea hummus and sautéed mushrooms with dukkah and pita, and charred za'atar eggplant with muhammara, tahini, black salt, and pita. Sharing around those three, plus a plate with a seafood protein, otherwise vegan, more than satisfied us three hungry eaters. (If you need piled-high portions to feel satisfied, choose something different from a tapas-style restaurant.) Located on Commercial Street but several blocks from the hubbub in the quiet East End, our front patio outdoor seating provided a thoroughly pleasant, unhurried atmosphere.
Great atmosphere! Food and cocktails were inconsistent and could use some improvement, but so much potential.

No reservations for a 4 top, got right in for drinks around 9pm on a Saturday night. Top quality cocktails. The reverse negroni is my recommendation. Very unique.

I truly wish I got the experience to eat here or try their drinks but we arrived and were rudely told by the owner that he had brushed all our reservations aside for a last minute private event, that apparently took precedent over all reservations despite a lack of any notice whatsoever. We had come all the way up the cape for this specific reservation for dinner, yet this owner was incredibly dismissive and even giggled at our confusion; so unprofessional and will not return.

As a local I had a few friends in town - so we made a 10 person reservation that we had email confirmation of. When we arrived at our reservation, on time, we spoke to the owner who very rudely said “we forgot about that - sorry bye.” he had booked, as he said, a same day private event. We asked if we could sit outside for a drink where there was obviously space and he told us the bar was “too crowded”…..Good “drinks” but rude and condensing owner.
The cocktails aren’t good enough to justify rude treatment. In my opinion, better off going to taco bell cantina.
Would leave 0 stars if i could. It’s hard to be a decent person.

The reincarnation of Strangers and Saints is a pure gastronomic pleasure. Fred did amazing transformation to the “small bites” menu, which are not always small portions. You definitely can construct an entire tapas sharing dinner to please the palate. Kevin is still my #1 maitre d’ in all of Provincetown. Do not allow the menu changes from last year to this year make you hesitate one moment to enjoy yourself at Strangers and Saints.

Just reopened this week with new menu. All small plates. Three were vegan all with terrific flavor: chickpea hummus, with tiny roasted mushrooms, and pita for dipping; charred za'atar eggplant, muhammara with tahini, and pita for dipping; Spanish tomato bread (think garlic bread with salty tomato topping). Great pops of flavor. Get an extra side of pita for the hummus as it is a good amount.

Decor is nice but the food was a hot mess. I ordered a pizza that was burnt on the bottom charred black and undercooked on the top. When I showed it to the waiter he said it’s the end of the season so you get what you get. He walked off laughing at me. I walked out and left! Such a letdown. Talk about rude! ?
What amazing cocktails! Between our group, we ordered 3 cocktails and 1 mocktail. Each of them were inventive and super tasty! A little pricey, but totally worth it. I can't wait to go again next time I am in P-Town!
So very happy to be back here. We stopped in a bit early before making the crawl down Commercial for dinner. The cocktails are truly wonderful, some of our favorites ever. If you’re looking for an interesting cocktail incredibly executed with some local house made ingredients, stop here. The place has atmosphere for days and the people are wonderful. We had Bradford’s Revenge, Heart of the Tides, The First Spaniel, and the Lavender Sidecar, all delightful.
Outstanding! Went there for cocktails and they did not disappoint. Really great execution of some fantastic drinks. The curated bees knees is one of the best I've ever had. If you want real craft cocktails this is the place to go.
The bartender JC is a master of mixology. Had the yellow dress and my husband had the Heart of tides. Perfection. It's a cool speakeasy! Don't pass this place by!
