This place used to be great. The last 3 times I’ve ordered subs has been a disappointment. Most recently, i ordered a Large turkey sub and they put 4 slices of turkey on a stale roll. The cooler for drinks was bare, there were 5 bags of chips on the shelves, almost as if they’re closing up.

I've been a customer for 40 + years and Never had a problem. I just called because I wasn't happy with my 2 large Buffalo chicken calzones they were mostly bread with hardly any chicken or buffalo sauce, the new owner got on the phone he was so defensive and rude. I wish I checked reviews. They've lost my family's business no one enjoyed this.

The food is terrible since it has been taken over by a new owner. The quality and most of all quantity has gone way down. Talk about being cheap with portions! I will not do business with them anymore.

Had a pizza delivered from this place and Not only was it cold when I got it but the delivery driver sat in his car texting on his phone for at least three minutes while I stood in my doorway waiting for him to bring me my food, so I called them back and told them of the situation not only did they refused to send me another pizza but they were rude to me as well on the phone. Never again will I bring my business to this place, I do not recommend it at all.

my coworker and I ordered lunch through their website today. the receipt said we would have our lunch delivered between 2:05 and 2:15. 2:30 arrives and still no lunch. we call and the person says no drivers, we say ok we would like a refund. the person says no refunds and hangs up. we call back a second time and the person says to call back around 4:30 the owner should be in and hangs up on is again. we will never order from this place again.

Ordered from Buccini's for the first and last time tonight. Delivery never showed up. Had to call them to see what was going on and turns out they were calling the number wrong... Then, they come back and don't even deliver everything we ordered and they got some of our orders wrong. Salad dressing spilled in the bag all over everything. Food was terrible. Not ordering from this place again.

This is my favorite place, recently it's terrible took 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery, pizza is ice cold, waffle fries are hard as rock. Trash. Very disappointed

Place has been up since I was a little kid, ordered a pizza and fries recently and they tasted pretty decent. Staff was friendly but the atmosphere of the place isn't as lively as it used to be.

First time here - super bummed. Italian with everything and barely anything was on it. No lettuce, tomato - usual things I'd expect. Cheap but would rather pay more for better quality.
I used to come here years ago when i was in high school. I used to love it but it is for sure not what it once was. It was very slow and the food wasnt great at all. Its also half the size it was with a wall where 6+ tables used to be. Now just sad sticky chairs.

The people are great, but the subs don't have enough meat. I know it's expensive but I'd rather pay 10 bux for a sub that's loaded than 7 bux for a bread and lettuce sandwich.
