I went here about 4:30 AM. The customer service was great. The fries were FRESH and super hot with the correct amount of salt. The Whopper Jr's. were plumped with crisp toppings. We ordered 2 meals and they just automatically put them in separate bags which made it easy for us. And they were quick. The overnight staff are doing great!

Horrible experience at this Burger King on Granite Street in Quincy the manager has horrible customer service skills how do I stand in a frown counter with my kids? Do a mobile order And say I’m here to pick up an order for myself that I just made on the app. My name is Xavier. Then she said I need to see proof on the app because anybody can just come here and say anyone’s name and claim other people’s food I said how would I know what name is up there when all of your receipts are facing down Ask her do you think I can see through paper because how would I know whose names are on the receipts if you haven’t even took them off to receipt printer and hung them up didn’t like her attitude and asked for a refund then she said that’s not my problem. Go on the app. And Request it I sat there with both my kids one of them Autistic and started to get worked up waiting for the food she made everyone else food who ordered after them and never made my food tell I called the cops and they came in then she finally made my food if I can go through the drive-through and say, I’m here to pick up a mobile order and say it My name is Xavier. What is the difference walking into the lobby and saying I’m here to pick up a mobile order for Xavier? They don’t even ask me for a confirmation on my phone when I pick up my food through drive-through. Never had any issues at any burger kind I went to with ordering online I will never come back to this one this lady with the two pens in her hair is the manager didn’t even tell me her name and also never give her her bosses number to complain of course no one has a name tag on so u can’t tell there names

Cold hash browns. Asked for a new order. Gentleman at the front first told me they had just come out. They were cold and soggy. He took them went to the person next to the fryer made a rude comment in Spanish then replaced them. Here's my tip. Don't assume others don't know what you are saying.

I can not believe my eyes in here. I love Burger King but today I changed my choice for next time I pick a quick food. I saw mouse dung all around the table, floor and window.

Did an online order. Waited close to 10 min to approach the counter to ask for my order. Staff ignored me for about 5 min (even giving customers food that ordered after me) When I was finally approached about what I was waiting for they had my burger in the window for some time now but didn't get the fries. Now there are no fries and I had to wait for them to be made.... I was finally given my food and had to wait another 5 min for my milkshake idk if they're just short staffed or what but every time I go here it takes me over a half hour to receive my full order.

I was waiting at the counter to pick up my mobile order. I watched as the front desk finished serving the customer in front of me and turned back to pack up. They didn't ask which meal was mine. I saw that my meal wasn't packed yet, so I didn't say anything and kept waiting. After a while, another person packed my meal and put it in the cabinet for ready-to-go orders. I told them that was my meal, but the front desk was very impatient and told me to wait. Even after they served other people's meals, they still blamed me for having to wait.
