Its been closed 3 times in the past 2 weeks in the middle of the day but they let you order online then it takes 5 to 7 days to get your money back

Waiting in the drive thru for 19 minutes for a 10 dollar. At least there wasn’t hair in mine but I’ll never come back here. Like the check out person must be the cook and the manager and the one cleaning the bathrooms. How could fast food take 20 mins?

Absolutely terrible experience here got a burger for me and my manager at work, I take a bite out of a the burger and a thick long piece of hair was literally cooked into the meat of the burger it was basically stuck in the meat I went back to get a refund for my food and they would not give me a refund for my burger even though there was a hair in it the manager there told me he wouldn’t be given me my money back and I quote “stuff happens sometimes” I was left at a loss for work it is completely unprofessional and a health hazard for someone to be prepping the food without a hairnet and for them to decline giving me my money back was truly the cherry ontop so unprofessional and uneducated on how procedure should work I asked if i could be directed to the district manager and was met with the answer of “we do not have one and if we did we do not have their number” it is honestly so disappointing to be met with such a hostile environment when they are the ones that are not following protocol and cooking without hairnets I will be contacting the health board and hopefully the district manager aswell.

Staff doesn't acknowledge your existence and service is incredibly slow. This isn't fast food at all. Be prepared to wait up to 10-15 mins to order even when there's nobody here and then at least another 15 or so to get your stuff

Kyrie was working the drive thru tonight, and she was so sweet, kind, charismatic and attentive. went over my friend and i’s larger order just to make sure everything was correct. she’s so nice and honestly deserves the world, give that girl a raise!!!
