This breaks my heart to write. I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to work for about 10 years. Up until a few months ago it was probably the best in Quincy. The staff was great, and polite. And they never got my order wrong. I don’t know why there was a sudden changeover in employees, but now it is awful and I will have to go someplace else on the way to work. He just got my order wrong again, and the staff has no clue how to talk to customers. Management needs...read full review
