Been coming here alot. Drive through girl is extremely nice and accurate. Memorizes my order. Coffee is great. Food is good
I was at the location at 588 Washington Street in Quincy on Memorial Day from 4-6 pm. I was the only customer there. The girls who were working (looked to be in their late teens) were completely unprofessional. Even over the music I could hear their conversation. The vulgar language they were using was very Unprofessional and I found it very disrespectful,! I don't think they cared that they representing the company. Friendly staff for the most part. If I walk in Coffee is always made exactly right. Sometimes drive thru not so much, could be a speaker issue or rush of drivethru times, understandable.

Dunkin' provides a good experience with friendly staff and accurate orders. The renovated location has a clean bathroom and a welcoming atmosphere, except during morning hours when a large group of middle school students can be disruptive. Despite this, customers can enjoy a pleasant visit and tasty drinks, such as the frozen pecan coffee, during other times of the day.
