I had a great time at hotpot one! Service was perfect and the food was great. I didn’t have to wait long for drinks or meats. I’d definitely come again and I’d give this a five star. To make this place absolutely perfect would be an addition of crab rangoons as an appetizer :)
First time eating here and I must say I really enjoyed it! The service was amazing, the server was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. The buffet selection was always stocked and fresh, meat came quick, and the restaurant is clean! They had a self serving soft serve machine which I loved. Overall, I would come again!
Ok I’m giving this a 4 cause I didn’t eat here but I wanna write this cause it’s just bad business practice. Your restaurant name has “hot pot” in it so you have to serve hot pot when open regardless of time, otherwise don’t open. You cannot just open and then put a sign saying open on weekend brunch time for dim sum only even if you have a big sign. I Google this place and it doesn’t say that online. I got there and was disappointed that I could NOT get hot pot...
