Warmer weather calls for ice cream (or gelato, rather), so I decided to check out this cafe. I like that it opens early and closes late so that I can satisfy my cravings whenever they decide to hit. The ice cream/gelato menu is behind you when you walk in, which was a bit confusing. I ordered the tiramisu and pistachio gelato ($4.59/2 scoops) and a waffle cone ($2.00). I've lived in quincy and tried all of the major food places. Cafe Gelato stands out, the food makes you feel like you're in Italy. I lived abroad and can say it's the highest quality Italian food. I bring my family at least once a week because we want to support such a great place! The Gelato is outstanding and the pizza is amazing. We love the Fig Procutto and 4 cheese. We haven't had a thing we didn't enjoy.
