The inside is small. There are a few tables/benches, but not a great place for large groups. The chairs also have a velvet lining, which I wish places would reconsider because this fabric gets visibly dirty over time. There is one wall that is decorated to be used as a photo op. There is also a kiosk machine for ordering. It was empty when we went, so our drinks came out in less than ten minutes. I got the puff cream bubble milk. All of the cream settled at the bottom, which I didn't realize, so I was basically just drinking milk the entire time until the end, where I was hit with large gulps of the salty cream. It would have tasted better had I mixed in the beginning (but I am used to boba places sealing the top, which makes it easier to shake before drinking), but overall, the drink was pretty average.

I lived in New York and always want to come back for Fruit Tea! Amazing taste and that's the taste from my memories. Love it so much, not enough for every visit I made in Quincy!!!

This is what you get for 6 bucks. A small boba and it’s not even filled up to the top. Deeply disappointed.

Stopped in at PTEA on a rainy day to try their Puff Creme Tea. The interior is small but decorated nicely with a pink floral and velvet theme -- perfect for taking photos. The service was quick as it was very quiet when I came. I just personally wasn't a fan of the drink I got, but I am picky when it comes to milk tea. I liked that the pearls were all different sizes though so it was texturally fun to drink.

We came here on a Sunday night and were the only customers in the store. The space is small, but the ambiance was quite nice and felt very quaint overall. Their menu was pretty diverse and we took a bit to decide what to order, but I settled with the Oreo puff drink as it seemed the most unique. The drink itself was pretty delicious. The tea was well-brewed, the bubbles had a great consistency, and overall the flavor of everything was pretty great. I think that there could've been more Oreo in the drink overall though since it was labeled as such. Overall, it was a solid drink though and I wouldn't mind returning in the future to try something else on their menu! The fruit bucket in particular sounds super interesting and I would be happy to try that in the future.

omg how GORGEOUS is this hidden little cafe!? I felt like I was in london for a moment heheh The smoothie I ordered was absolutely delicious too. Highly recommend going here if you love the pink Parisian aesthetic, totally instagram worthy place!

The service attitude is very bad! It is impossible to go again in the future. When I went in to order, my boyfriend ordered Ovaltine, and the voice was very loud. The woman (bright yellow hair braided in a black dress) looked like she couldn’t understand Chinese, so we thought she was not Chinese and then spoke in English After reading it again, she still looked like she didn’t understand and didn’t speak. The girl next to me explained that this item was gone. Then I ordered a milk tea and said in English. The girl still ignored us and followed us (probably her friend) ?) after ordering and communicating with other employees, I found out that they are Chinese. I wanted to go straight away. My boyfriend said that the employee next to me had already started to make it. Finally, I bought a cake with pearl milk tea. sweetness)

To be honest, P Tea is delicious. I often drink P Tea, and I go there again and again just because it is delicious. There is not only one milk tea shop nearby. But what I encountered today, I probably will never go there again. It was the first time I was so angry at P Tea because of the perfunctory attitude of the clerk to me and the way to solve the problem. Today I ordered a cup of pure oolong tea. When the clerk brought it to me, the whole cup looked so white that I thought it was a cup of milk tea. When I checked with the clerk, he told me that the bubbles would disappear after a while. I waited for a while on the tea. There is still a thick layer of air bubbles, I thought it was milk cap. I went back and asked if it was pure tea, without milk cap. The clerk replied to me that it was a bubble, and it would disappear after a while. I went to another store to buy food, and it took about 20 minutes. I didn't take a sip during this time, because I bought it to go with the food. But after 20 minutes there was still that much bubble. I was a little bit unhappy, so I went back to the store again, and I said that there was still so much soaking, could I have another cup. The clerk said that it can't be changed, and there are so many bubbles, and the bubbles can't be removed. We all add water, and we can't add tea. She then took my tea away, scooped out the bubbles and added lots of ice. It really made me feel perfunctory. There was already a lot of ice and bubbles, but now I added more ice, and my straw couldn't be inserted because there were too many ice cubes. I didn't care about the amount of ice at the beginning, I just cared about the amount of bubbles, because I ordered normal ice. Now just give me a full glass full of ice and I'm very upset and angry. Almost every time I go, I order pure oolong tea. I don’t know if it’s normal or abnormal to brew so much. They just perfunctory customers when they encounter problems without solving them, which is not worth my consumption at all.

Me and my friend come over and order drinks here. About 30 seconds the girl put a mango smoothie which’s my order and I took it and went out. After few minutes later I found out it’s not the one I ordered it. I asked less iced and 75% sugar. And it’s a melting mango drink that from someone else might be staying there for a while. Not less iced no 75% less sugar. And it’s tasted horrible, also the order number is one number that before we r. We only placed an order that with 2 drinks. And it’s showing 2/4. I still don’t understand why she took someone else order that put it into our order?! Might be the people ordering and doesn’t show up?! But all I can say is I am paying $8 plus for a melt drink lol. Won’t be back. If possible I will give a zero start. I mean it’s so stupid doing service like what I haven tonight. Serious?!!!
