Great frozen yogurt!
sweet treat, bitter staff
Frozen yogurt and complements are delicious!
This place SUCKS.
It is very good place for femily I just hope that they would lower their price is a little bit because I think it is a little too high other than that it's a good place to visit
Fruit isn't fresh or abundant. No sugar free flavors other than Vanilla (not even Original Tart is sugar free!) Topping bar isn't consistently stocked or cleaned. Not the place for a healthy indulgence. Better off making it at home or splurging for ice cream instead.
Small place but simple and easy to understand if you're a first time visitor
I loved
I've been a loyal customer at Sweet Frog for a while now because I genuinely love their frozen yogurt. However, over the past few weeks, my experience has gone steadily downhill, and yesterday was unfortunately the worst it's been.
The place was a mess — food and toppings all over the floor, many topping containers completely empty, and not a single waffle cone in sight. On top of that, most of the yogurt machines were running incredibly slow, making it hard to even get a full serving without frustration.
As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to keep things running smoothly — especially with staffing and day-to-day challenges. But this isn’t a one-time slip; it’s been an ongoing issue. I wasn’t planning to write a review, but I’m hoping this reaches the owner. I want to see Sweet Frog succeed, but unless things change soon, I may not be returning.
I have been a weekly Customer for several years .Used to be great.
Now floor and tables are dirty and sticky.
Only teens serving, I never see an adult or manager.
I got sick after my last visit. May not be connected but I’m not taking a chance and never going back.

My go to when I want ice cream but all the shops nearby close early. Lots of toppings and flavor options (easy to get carried away and leave with a pricey order)
My children love this place. Make your own soft serve ice cream and tons of toppings. They have low fat and non fat options. Dairy free and no sugar added options. Add kids fill their bowls I get to feel a bit better because of it.
I love this place :) If you're someone who used to love going to Pinkberry, definitely come here because it is the closest thing to it. The toppings, the froyo options. Love it.
This place is a disaster. There was human hair stuck to the hot fudge pumps. The floor is so sticky and cover with food from the moment you walk in. Food all over the floor ever inch if the floor was cover. It seems the floor never seemed to me mopped. The place needs to deep cleaned. Wiped down please. The staff could careless about cross contamination happening at the bar. If I can give a lower star rating I would. I don't know how the board of health hasn't shut the place down.
Froyo lives! The lady here (Laura) chopped fresh strawberries and fixed a machine for the girl in line behind me, and it really made a difference to someone's day.
