My partner and I have found our favorite hot pot spot in Quincy. Despite the presence of other excellent hot pot restaurants, we invariably return to this one. We consistently choose the all-you-can-eat option, appreciating its reliability, excellent service, and value for money. The diverse range of broth choices, appetizers, and other a la carte meals adds to the appeal. It's a familiar and comforting place that we truly cherish!

This is a very unsanitary place, with a lot of residual food stuck to the dishes and chopsticks. What’s even more disgusting is that there are rats ? running around in the corners☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

Definitely come here hungry! They have AYCE option that is worth it if you are hungry. The AYCE menu does not include everything that's on their a la carte menu, but the selection is good enough and you can always add on anything else from the a la carte menu for that price if you want. It is extra charge for the broths, some broths are $8 just for one side. My favorite would be the maw chicken broth. Sometimes we would get the entire pot with maw chicken broth. It is this creamy, coconutty, chicken broth that is very flavorful. We try not to get full off appetizers from the AYCE menu, but I do like the fried bun with condensed milk. The meat is definitely fresher than some other AYCE hot pot restaurants, I've yet to see anything slightly frozen-looking. Vegetables are consistent with most hot pot restaurants. I wish they had ramen, even instant ramen noodles would work. The restaurant itself looks nice and bright, good for pictures. Service can be slow sometimes, because some of the staff members just stand in the corner talking to each other or on their phones so it is hard to get their attention. One time, my family and I were waiting for someone for so long, I had to ask the manager for the bill on the other side where bubble tea orders are taken.

The boba tea location was called Chaitime, the store sign currently says Thai C Haven't tried the unlimited hotpot yet but, the section is always busy. I usually order boba tea which usually just good. The Matcha ice cream float was a first, wish the matcha flavor was stronger. The menu is a little different than most places in the area. The drink area is well decorated including a fish tank. The chairs are cute, perfect for pics.

Came here twice at around 10:20-10:25pm. This obnoxious lady keeps saying the kitchen is closed and she is not accepting customers. Their restaurant closes at 11:00pm and the kitchen closes at 10:30pm. This is a Hot Pot.. the kitchen does not need to cook any food.. just bring out raw food for us. So, why are you refusing customers over 30+ minutes before closing? If you don't care about business then put a sign out! After 2 attempts to give them a try, I will say that I will never go back again. They have lost my business and a positive Yelp review from me. I would much rather go accross the street to Wei Shu Wu, who offer more quality meats and service is excellent! Don't waste your time with this place!

I only come to this place for hotpot so I am only rating on that. I came here a few times. I was not impressed (but my partner likes it) until the last time which was yesterday. If I didn't come here the last time, I would give this place a 2-3 stars. But after yesterday's experience, I think a 4-star should justify their improvements.First the broth is way better than before. We ordered Tum Yum broth and the Beef Oil Spicy (medium) broth. One thing that I was not impressed by this place in the past was because the broths are so bland and thin like water. But yesterday, we were surprised to see some great leaps in broth quality. They are thicker, creamy and flavorful. Good job! Second, the ribeye quality is amazing. I have been to quite a few hotpot places and always avoided the ribeye meat because they are always too lean to go with the hotpot. But Taixi's ribeye is marble-like and really delicious. However, their lamb is a bit mediocre and doesn't taste like lamb due to the lack of the unique gamy lamb flavor.Lastly, the service is where I think Taixi can improve. During our 90-min dining, no one comes to our table to ask if we need anything. We had to get the staff's attention to refill our water or order more food. Overall, I am happy with Tai Xi now. I would say that Wei Shu Wu nearby is still a little better in terms of food quality, when I want a very authentic Chinese Sichuan style hotpot. But Wei Shu Wu is too overpriced to the point that it's really not worth it anymore. In the meantime, Tai Xi is all you can eat. Given its recent improvement in the quality of the food, I think Tai Xi is a great replacement of Wei Shu Wu from now on.

Watch out when you come to this establishment. We went as a family of 4 and the service was very subpar. Any time you would ask a question they seem very annoyed that they are being asking a question about there JOB. Next along with the service it is very slow and when you do the all you can eat the waiter seems to avoid you. Also staying on the topic of the all you can eat if one person does it everyone has to do it. The broth is not free like some other hot-pot places around and it’s around $18 for 2 broths. Also about the food safety the food come out on big dishes and most of the time raw seafood or fish is touching vegetables which is very unsafe. Also I would make a not that the kitchen staff isn’t wearing anything to be kitchen safe. They are wearing an apron and lots of outside clothes which can bring smells or bacteria in from the out side street. Secondly if you want to get boba the person making them was “raw dogging” the food and using no gloves. If you find your self in this Area wanting hot-pot there are so many cheaper and better options around. This place should have the health inspectors come back.

Food it great. Very tasty and quality of all the food is really good. You do have to pay extra for the birth, but it’s written on the menu and they are tasty too.

First of all, the soup base is not flavorful enough, and then there are very few items. If you want to add dishes, you have to wait for a long time. not worth

The food was pretty good. I had the hot pot buffet, but for the same thing I ordered before and after, the portions were getting smaller and smaller, and the serving speed was getting slower and slower. All in all, I don’t want to go there a second time because of the poor service.

Food is excellent, fresh and available. Service is also good ?. The downside is they're way pricier than most other hotpot places around, still definitely recommended!

The food is great, but the meat is a little too thin. Broth is good, but can get expensive, since they charge for the broth. Pork slices appear to get thinner and thinner as you order. Service was great, but they can be forgetful of your orders. Definitely a must try place.
