I’m very disappointed with how my friends and I (a group of 7) were treated at the door of Water Club. We were denied entry for no reason, and the staff member started shouting at us aggressively, without any provocation.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I hope you look into this matter seriously.

I was at this place, and believe I left my credit card there. I've called four separate times on different days during working hours, and left voicemails. No one picked up nor has anyone called me back despite leaving my number each time. Never had this experience with a restaurant.

Went here for my first time, I loved the atmosphere. One bartender was not kind. I asked for a drink & she was beyond rude. She called the security on me, thankfully the security saw I was NOT drunk & apologized for her behalf!!

Mudslide?! If I wanted chocolate soft serve I would have ordered ice cream. Don’t sell that as an alcoholic drink. Equal parts Kahlua, bailies, vodka. Not that hard waterclub.

I've gone here a few times over the years. The atmosphere of Marina Bay in general is gorgeous, and this restaurant has a great view of the water (if you can get a good table that's facing the water). I had lunch here, so i had a salad with chicken and, of course, a side of French fries (crunchy and delicious). The food was good, but I've had better - it's good. There is plenty of free parking for the general public (the sunsets at Marina Bay is a good highlight to end the night). Would continue to come here.
