They should be ashamed of this place. I had to ask for a "Old Fashion Doughnut twice...both times hard as a rock. The Service to get a cup of coffee was taking forever. i waited and waited. the cutomers came in looked like the Pine street inn.... one guy in the table next to me was rolling a joint. He did not light it up. People were begging outdoors around the place. I will NEVER go back there again.
Awful drive up speaker didn't work. Went to window which was open I had to yell to get someone's attention. They didn't have my online order so I drove away to went to Honey Dew in Holbrook. I am done with Dunkin.

Worse customer service ever. There is a young girl there who charged me two different amounts for the same order. One gentleman, very polite, at first charged me for the order and the girl came and asked me for my card and I asked her why she said it is because the payment didn't go through.
