I finally got to Hoey's. First, IT'S PIZZA AND SALAD, THAT'S IT. Second, the pizza is good. My problem is that it took so long to get it. I tried calling, but if they fall too far behind, they stop taking phone orders. I really wanted to try it based on reviews by Dave Portnoy and others, so I drove over to place my order in person. This is the best pizza in mass. The bar environment is like stepping back in time. I am 59 and have been going there my whole life myself as a child and now have the opportunity to bring grandchildren to enjoy. Not many places around have the longevity and consistency as this venue. Worth a try if you have never been there

One of the popular pizza place Longwood said it will take 3 hrs to get ready so I decided to try this place. Wow. The pizza here are really good. Glad i came to this place and its very close to my house. Yea ! Hidden Gem ?.
