“Haven’t had a Five guys burger in a long time. This Dedham location was good when I use to come here back before the pandemic. So was craving a burger and ordered double patty and bacon & cheese with lettuce and tomato extra pickles and a small fries and a large fountain drink. The staff person that took my order was friendly with a smile, the place was clean inside which was good to see. I love that you can watch your food being cooked, the cook was on point on the grill and I was happy with what I saw. Got my order in a timely fashion. Sat down to eat and it was awesome my burger was cooked perfectly, meat tasted good the bacon was crispy and cooked thoroughly! The fries are as good as I remembered! Sales up just enough and hot but delicious! I was a happy happy customer! I will be back again this was such a treat! Thanks a lot Five guys! “if you are by yourself do not ever order a large fries with your burger. It is enough for four people. Unless you want to feed the ducks in the park. the quality of the burgers are outstanding and you can choose a lot of free toppings. The price is a bit more than a fast food burger joint but the quality and size more than make up for that. Plus before you start free peanuts. The buns are super fresh and the soda if refillable eat in or take out. the staff is quick and friendly. good parking always . a great stop for the family. Have kids get the large fries they love them.“
“Even though we came in just a half hour before closing we were greeted with a smile by John (I think that was his name) He was super polite and got us all rung up quickly and our food was made promptly. Delicious! The french fries were really good! It's been many years since I've had Five Guys and I was very impressed. Thank you also for great customer service as that's very rare to find! A++“
“I’ve lived in Boston all my life so of course I know about Simco’s. Usually I would order seafood when and if I ordered from Simco’s. Sometimes the menu would be slightly different in Roslindale oppose to Mattapan so I would order from the Roslindale location. My FAV sub or salad hands down is GRILL CHIX but I felt my number one spots have closed or the chef left. So yes I’m very picky when it comes to grill chix. I started ordering grill chix probably in 2023 from Simco’s for the 1st time. Just the salad at first. Then I tried the sub which was good but I wasn’t ordering every day or week like I did from my previous FAV ‘s. However since I haven’t ordered a sub for awhile from there I decided to last night 2/17/24. Well actually 2/18 since it was after midnight. OMG it was soooooooooo good. I tasted the grill. It is grill chix so it’s only right but you don’t always taste the grill as you should when it’s GRILL CHIX. Restaurants like to marinate their chix which is fine but you should also be able to taste that grill effect. Some places have grill chix but it’s roasted not grilled. To me that’s NOT grill chix. It’s roasted chix. I always like to make sure what I requested on the sub is visible like my Mayo n cheese n onions. The sub was so bomb I couldn’t stop eating to check. Nice and packed with beautiful fresh shredded lettuce. So I called Simco’s a few minutes ago to give the feedback and to ask if the same chef is there all the time or just in the evenings etc? I need that exact sub AGAIN!!!! I should’ve gotten his name. Lol but they will be there after 6pm. Lol“
“I tried the sweet potato half & half, and it was tasty! Didn't wait very long, and the staff was helpful. Not sure what's up with the low ratings. I'll be coming back again to try the other dogs and the boba!Parking: Kong Dog is inside the mall, so you can park anywhere outside.Kid-friendliness: The food options ought to be good for kids. There's a play area nearby, too.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators will get you up to the food court on the second floor.“
“Burgers are good and filling. Only order regular fries. They load you up with so much more. The fries are natural! The burgers are on the greasy side.Service is a bit slow. The workers take their time I feel and no rush to get you the food. Not a good place to go to if you are in a rush to get in and out with lunch.Parking: There is a paid parking garage on the back side of the building. Entrance is on Saville Ave. then walk through the building and come out the entrance on Hancock St and turn left to go to Five Guys.If you drive around a bit there is plenty of street parking with 1 hour free parking.“
“Five Guys Randolph, MA ... The very best!!! Food was beyond exceptional fare and the service both personal and charming! Clean, clean, clean! Samantha made our experience with her attentive demeanor and heartfelt caring! She went above and beyond to take my order and turn around and cook with the same positive attitude. It was a "to go" order and once we had enjoyed our meal in the car I wanted to come back in and tell her how much we loved everything. Poor Samantha thought I was returning to criticize an issue however, she returned to the register promptly to address whatever I had to say ...LOL this is what she related to me after. Samantha's smile could not have been any brighter and she just radiated when I explained how impressed we were with our meal and the overall encounter with Five Guys Randolph compared to Five Guys previously! The food makes a restaurant a success but ultimately it is the employees that are the very face behind the name. Keep Samantha happy ... owners of Randolph Five Guys and bounce her up to management in whatever capacity you have open! Samantha can go a long way in the hospitality profession if she chooses and will better serve front of the house where she will definitely charm your customers !
