“The one young man that waited on us was great always had a smile. The one other girl with the long straight hair didn’t crack a smile the whole time and the bar manager, I believe with the black coat and the black hair up in a clip , her face would’ve shattered if she even tried to smile. Besides that it was a super fun vibe the music was great. The drinks were decent, but the prices were high as they are everywhere in Boston.“

“I came to the Waltham 5 Guys on a late Tuesday night around 8 PM with a serious problem. I am a salesman in the area and because of an accident yesterday I was stranded with some of my belongings 15 minutes before I had to meet with a client. After allowing some employees to search my belongings so that they could determine I was telling the truth, they let me temporarily leave my belongings at their establishment. It was the difference between making money and not making money. I cannot thank Lester & Eddie (the gentlemen who did me the favor) of 5 Guys Waltham enough for their compassion, patience and kindness during a busy night, while still fully performing and servicing other paying customers.
