“As it is winter, we stumbled upon this very small storefront on Main Street in Concord, NH. In the summer she has an outside truck backed into an alley. We just needed a quick bite on a very cold day. We entered the small store and quickly decided on hot dogs, a bottle of water and a bag of Cheetos to share. I got a hot dog with mustard and ketchup, and BF got a hot dog with sauerkraut. Other topping options included CHILI, MUSTARD,KETCHUP, RELISH, ONION,BBQ, CHEESE, CELERY SALT and TABASCO. I think the hot dogs were $2.50 each...the 2 dogs, bag of Cheetos and a bottled water for under $10.00. Good deal! Perfectly steamed hot dog bun, great hot dog...like the old days at fairs! She offered different chips, cans of soda or bottled water . We stood in the small front to eat (that's about all that can stand there its so small) and it was pretty busy with groups coming in, served quickly and back outside. I would definitely come back here. The owner was friendly and while you wait for your dog to be dressed, you can read the accolades and articles on Puppy Love and how it has been in business for 40 years!!!“
“When evening came, I decided to eat an American hamburger for dinner, so I stopped by Five Guys (56 Fort Eddy Rd, Concord, NH 03301 U.S.) in Concord, New Hampshire, and had a huge hamburger. “Brick House is a summer road side ice cream stand that also has great food from hot dogs and ham burgers to lobster, haddock and fried class. The burgers are very affordable at around $4. Buffalo chicken sandwich $6. Their onion rings are very good. $4 and change for a small. And they have a full line of hard ice cream plus soft serve. We've never had anything bad their. They have ample outdoor seating away from the road and a nice flower garden with bird houses. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with inexpensive food like hotdogs and burgers and kid sized cones.Parking: Lots of spaces lining the front of the building plus additional space beside and behind.“
“Love a street hot dog stand and this one does not disappoint. The group in front of us had some pretty hyperactive kids with them and the owner was very patient and helped get them fed quickly. My experience was no different. I wish she had dill pickle relish. I got sweet because I didn't ask. That's on me.“
