“We stumbled upon Half & Half while searching for a place to get breakfast and stopped in with our 2 yo. Very cute interior with a friendly staff and delicious food. My wife absolutely loved her avocado toast with eggs and my breakfast sandwich was perfectly grilled. We ordered chocolate chip pancakes for our son who also chomped on my home fries and fresh fruit from my wife’s plate. The person who waited on us (the owner?) was exceptionally friendly and stopped off to talk through all of the various types of butter on the table (no, seriously, like four different kinds and all equally amazing!). We will definitely be back for lunch — and more butter.”

“Highly recommend Professor’s catering! Decided to have them make the food for a post wedding brunch I co-hosted in April. Best decision ever! Guests raved about the food! Then in June, I needed a last minute gluten free entree, and the team put together a beautifully garnished pan of gluten free roasted chicken that was delicious. Love their grab and go prepared foods case, too! 10 out of 10!”

“We were visiting from Florida and was told we had to go Regina’s pizza so we did. Well we were not satisfied. It’s was average. So we found Cal’s and gave it a try. It was literally the best pizza and wings and ice cream we’ve ever had! The people were so friendly and upbeat. The restaurant was so clean and very well managed. If I lived here this would definitely be my #1 go to restaurant. I give this a perfect 5 🤩🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟”

This is a HUGE plus for Reading as majority of our restaurants are in that average realm.”

“Thank you! I tried your dairy free Black Raspberry Oreo, and it’s a game changer! Finally a dairy free ice cream that has the right consistency and tastes like actual ice cream. I was so excited that I could taste the black raspberry without any hint of almonds/sunbutter/coconut as is always the case at other places. Cal’s Creamery is the best! PS - my husband loved your baklava flavor!”

“Great pizza! We frequented Pizza World in the 70's, then moved to another state. My visit to the area would not have been complete without stopping in for a meal. We had the Wing Dings and the World Special Pizza, both were excellent. The staff was very accommodating. We ate all we could and had several leftover slices. We brought them to the desk staff at the hotel and they loved the pizza as well.”

“We usually call and check to see if our favorite server Christine is working, but she had the night off. So I ask the hostess to recommend a server who was good. Well She suggested Ashley, who was absolutely amazing! Great personality, great service, never felt rushed, checked back to see how everything was !! To top it off for the very first time in all the years I have been coming here this is the very first time we had a very nice Manager come to our table and ask how everything was!!! His name was Mike. He was walking around checking with other tables, helping deliver food. I was so impressed! I have not seen a Manager who has come out to do table visits at any restaurant we have been in for years!! This guy is a keeper!! Thank you for a great night! Colleen Falzone”
