Poorly trained staff, they keep their mikes on so that you can hear all their discussions & complaints while you wait. I don’t begrudge them grousing, I just don’t want to hear it!
What's with the early closing at almost all MA locations? I haven't seen a location open past 7 in a long time. Many locations never have munchkins, donuts or muffins. They're not fresh when you can get them and no good flavors. I guess they're only interested in becoming like fast food burger chains where they're all about hot food on demand which holds up the drive up lane.

I went there around Xmas time because the one next to jimbos never knew how to make my ice chai latte for some reason and gave me burnt bacon I had ordered as a side. So I figured I'd try them out this time.. they made the drink right, but they tried to tell me I didn't order nor pay for a plain bagel with cream cheese.
