This location's drive thru is a literal cluster, there's always a wait (always). Every mobile order I've made wasn't ready when I got there. After handing me my drink, they act like they have no idea I ordered multiple items (despite it saying so on the drink ticket), so I have to ask for my food... 95% of the time they then proceed to give me the wrong thing despite telling them exactly what I ordered. Save yourself the headache and just go inside.
5 stars for the employees who keep showing up to an unbelievably understaffed location. Often times there is only 1 person working. How can one person be expected to clean, make coffee, work the drive-thru, and the counter inside?! I've been having to leave because the poor guy is so overworked. This is a great way to completely burn out your employees. I literally feel bad going there now. This is not fair to your employees. And your customers will go elsewhere.
I simply can’t get enough of their ham and Swiss croissant stuffer. I am also on an iced latte kick.
