The employees have no knowledge of serve safe handling, cross contamination or anything. The manager needs to enforce they wash and change gloves after using bathroom, touching the dirty bathroom key, and touching money. I sat and watched how the employees are rubbing there sweat off their face, touch their hair, clothes and continue to prepare customer food with dirty greasy gloves. Its totally unacceptable. Ordered food from them online. Waited an hour then called for them to say it’s going to be another hour. I asked for a refund and they just canceled my order rather than make it right and refund me and give me the pizza for waiting for so long. I then went there being that they are 5 min from my house just to see everyone just standing around. They were not even busy. I demanded my pizza. I’ll never go there again. Horrible customer service!!
Once again shitty service and timing! Currently 6:33 and no delivery. Man this place sucks at delivery, even in person.
