Starbucks in Revere

“First time here. Stopped by for coffee and I am not a Starbucks fan as I love DD, but I was impressed with the vibes inside. So I decided to sit and people watch as I had time to kill. I was trying to figure out why people are so attracted to this brand. My impresssion was that every one who walked in seemed to know what they wanted and all had smile on their face when they were greeted by their name or welcomed. I have to admit, this place knew what they were doing. I left thinking I may have to try this place again soon. My coffee was actually very good, maybe enough to try it again. I have to say the service was very professional and helpful, something that is missing in so many businesses today.“

“The employee named Marcus just made my entire day.i originally been having a really bad day and dealing with personal issues. When marcus began to communicate with me and laugh at my corny jokes it brightened up my stress levels and made life a bit less difficult. This employee marcus deserves to be recognized by his management, atleast let marcus know hey you’re doing a great job.
