Nice place and I loved the Poke Nachos. Steamers were average for this area. Nice open atmosphere upstairs with nice views of Rockport Harbor. All in all a nice place with nice views of Rockport.

Great location with a beautiful view, our server was great! Food not good at all, mussels overcooked and no flavor, clam chowder 👎🏻. Tuna poke had too much spaces. And the salmon a bit overcooked ….. truly a shame

Miles was fantastic. He answered the numerous questions we had since it was our first visit.
The food was good. We had a variety of appetizers as our main course.
Truly everything was great. The aromas, was as Miles said it would be.

Service and food were fine but getting only 6 fried shrimp with a shrimp plate for $28 is crazy to me. Won’t be back
Shea was a phenomenal server in a spectacular restaurant. Outdoor dining in Rockport. Beautiful views. Menu has a Portuguese/Caribbean theme to locally sourced sea food. Seasonal from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. It was special.

The dining experience provided a delightful ambiance. The deck seating, complemented by a gentle breeze, offered a relaxing setting for the meal. The culinary offerings were exceptional, particularly the fresh shrimp cocktail. The fish and chips were expertly prepared with a light, crispy batter, and the mussels, served with toasted bread in a delicate white wine sauce, were equally impressive. The Aperol Spritz was a refreshing accompaniment. We anticipate returning to this establishment.

Dont come here for fish, no steamers and no haddock/fish and chips. Opted for fried scallops. Unsure if they where microwaved/frozen or both the batter was not crispy as it should be nor where they even browned and where rubbery. Not many options to eat in rockport at 7pm on a weekend. The oysters in half shell where good. Plenty of french fries. Coleslaw was typical, tarter sauce came in a prepackaged kens container. Staff was friendly though constantly pushing drinks. Not worth the $60 dollars. Should have went to brackets instead.

This is a "location" restaurant, can't get much better location. Six of us went in around 2pm on a very nice, sunny Sunday. It was quite busy, but we were sat within 5mins. We were on the lower floor, inside (furthest from water).
The wait to order was v-e-r-y long, we could see the waitress was busy taking an order from a very large table. Upon ordering, the waitress was very nice. The food came out super fast. Food was average and for nearly $40 the lobster roll & fries was nothing special, was on the small size. Drinks were good. Location is perfect, *IF* you are seated on the water side, otherwise, the food & price is not worth it.

A little bit of a wait but hardly anyone there. The steamers were way too sandy and dirty. The broth to rinse them in completely dirty as well. Wouldn't recommend.

We recently visited 7th Wave Restaurant at the end of summer with friends visiting from out of the country. We were seated at a table on the second floor, which wasn’t particularly busy at the time. After about five minutes of being seated, we placed our orders and noticed three empty tables with a seaside view on the same floor. We politely asked our server if we could move to one of those tables, given that nothing had been served yet. He told us he needed to check with the host first.
A few minutes later, he returned and informed us that we were not allowed to move. Confused, I inquired why, especially since the tables were still unoccupied and didn’t appear to be reserved. The server explained that the host had decided we couldn't switch tables after being seated. Frankly, I found this to be an incredibly disappointing and baffling approach to customer service.
While the restaurant does boast a nice view, the ambiance is marred by cheap tables and plastic chairs that detract from the experience. As for the food, it left much to be desired. I ordered the steak tips, requesting them medium, but they arrived undercooked and nearly raw inside. Even worse, the broccoli served with it appeared to have remnants of other food on it, as if it had been taken from another plate. Needless to say, I didn't eat it.
The "Big Grilled Cheese" was misleadingly named, as it was the same size as the kids' grilled cheese, just served with more fries and on a larger plate. It was also dry and not well-prepared. The clam chowder was just average—nothing special.
Overall, I cannot recommend 7th Wave Restaurant. There are many other dining options on Bearskin Neck in Rockport that offer better food, a more pleasant dining experience, and most importantly, value customer satisfaction.

Don't go! I had a disappointing experience with poor service and subpar food. Pricey for what they offer.
