We were in the area and wanted a few appetizers before our drive home. We discovered this place and were pleasantly surprised by the Caribbean influence of their dishes. From reading the menu I could tell the chef or owners had a unique background. In addition, the food was very flavorful and tasted authentic to the dishes we’ve had in the Caribbean. Fleur Cuisine is truly a fine dining experience and the Best dining experience I've ever had. The clam chowder is the creamy and loaded with the most tender clams. Alfredo with chicken was superb and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The lobster ravioli in vodka cream sauce was amazing and the ravioli were very generously filled. This restaurant is a hidden gem ?. I can only imagine if it was located in a big city. Anyways... the food was excellent and very delightful. I have been to hundreds of restaurants in the quest of unique and original taste and, of course, to drop them a review.I wasn't looking for this one, but I'm glad I went there. The staff is friendly on top of it.I definitely plan to go back with some friends this week and in the future as well.
