This place is a hard NO for me, and it’s all because of how horribly we were treated after our meal.
Paying upfront at a buffet is totally normal, and we did so without any issue. The meal itself was nothing to write home about average at best. But what absolutely ruined the experience was the behavior of our server, Jenny.
As we were leaving, Jenny confronted us and flat-out demanded a tip aggressively and in a tone that was completely out of line. This was after we had already paid and were getting ready to walk out. She literally dragged us to the front and wouldn’t let the issue go, making a scene as if we owed her something beyond what we had already paid. Tipping is a choice not something that should be shaken down from customers under pressure.
To make things worse, Jenny took the customer copy of our receipt, and forced us to sign for a tip. That receipt is supposed to be ours to keep for verification, tracking expenses, or just basic transparency. Without it, we have no idea what the exact final charge was or if anything extra was added. It felt sneaky, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.
There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior. It’s one thing to ask politely if we’d like to leave a tip. It’s another thing entirely to harass customers at the door and confiscate receipts like we’re being scammed. We left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and frankly disgusted.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being bullied for more money after you’ve already paid. Jenny’s behavior was outrageous, and if this is how they train their staff, then management is just as bad.
Spend your money somewhere that values basic customer respect and knows how to operate a restaurant without resorting to intimidation tactics.

It is what it is. If you’re looking for cheap food and lots of it this is your place if you’re thinking you’re going to get filet mignon and lobster tails for the price your gravely mistaken based on that that’s what I judge it on the service is great and when you walk in, they usually are friendly, they clean up the tables right away. It is handicap accessible, and there is plenty of parking out front. For what the price of the food is the food is fine. It’s a really big area. Have fun and enjoy.

This place used to be amazing. Now it is just ok. Only got one refill. Plates stayed on table for a while. Hibachi person looked like he couldn't be bothered to put effort into making your food good.

Best crab rangoons ever.
It’s cheap. The food is decent. I wouldn’t get my hopes up going into this place.
If you’re big on volume but not big on eating a good meal, this place is for you.
If you have any allergies, run.
As a picky eater who also has allergies, I found this to be a pretty big disappointment. I wouldn’t come again.
