This place looks empty and after tasting the food, I was asking myself.... Why? It's not the greatest Haitian Food, but I did enjoy it. Flavored and seasoned appropriately with decent portions for the price. I enjoyed it and recommend to anyone who enjoys good Caribbean Food.
The food tastes good. This is authentic Haitian cuisine. I bought fritay, legumes and lalo at different occasions and the food was always good. The acra is not mixed with flour, everything is pure Haitian food. Highly recommend.
Wow, wow, wow.. what an amazing place. The flavors here are top tier. You can taste the love in the food! We had the poul, cabrit, diri avec djon djon, and the Mac & cheese and they all were seasoned with heart & soul & it was all FRESH! AND THAT PIKLIZ.. PHENOMENAL. Rose & G Restaurant is a Caribbean and Haitian restaurant serving delicious and authentic food. The flavors are vibrant, perfectly seasoned, and taste freshly made. Dishes like fried turkey, Legume with Duri kole pwa wouj, fritay, Diri Djondjon (Black Rice), and Poul (Chicken) are all excellent, with generous portions. The mac n cheese is also delicious. The pikliz is good. The space is clean and welcoming, with a clean bathroom. The customer service is amazing, friendly, and fast, ensuring orders are taken correctly. While it can be a little pricey, the quality and portion size make it worth it. This is one of the best places for incredible, authentic Caribbean food and is highly recommended.
