I ordered the boneless meal deal with Hot Honey Rub × 5 Spicy Korean Q x3 Louisiana Rub x 7 Lemon Pepper × 5 Large Seasoned Fries Fry Seasoning Regular Amount of Seasoning But they put an excessive amount of seasoning on all the wings even though I set it to normal. The chicken was also really chewy and my girlfriend and I threw up the morning after. Wingstop always hits good but I don’t know what happened this time.

I had a terrible experience with Wingstop. After ordering, I ended up getting a stomach virus that I’m certain came from their food. To make matters worse, the delivery driver was uncooperative and unprofessional when I tried to address the issue. It felt like they just didn’t care about my concerns or the quality of their service. I won’t be ordering from here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I would not recommend ordering from this Wingstop location. I placed a delivery order for 30 lemon pepper wings, all flats, well done, through their app. When the order arrived, I found that the wings were coated in a wet pepper sauce instead of the dry rub I requested, and most of them were drums.
I drove to the store to return the order, hoping they could remake it, but the customer service at the register was disappointing. When I explained the issue, the employee just stared at me and said, “Umm, what do you want me to do?” I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that there was no manager on duty—just a store lead. The store lead was unprofessional, smelling strongly of weed, and said only the manager could issue a refund. She took down my order number and told me I’d receive a refund by Thursday.
Overall, the service was very poor, and the lack of hygiene from the kitchen staff was concerning. I saw an employee scratching his head with a gloved hand, then returning to prepare food without changing gloves. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here, as the staff seem indifferent to both quality and cleanliness.

Service was terrible, you could not know when your order was called, people were crowding the tiny pick up window, could not understand what the workers were saying and the place was as filthy. Would not recommend at all go any where else told it would take 20 minutes for food and took more then double the time and the online website would not work and had no trash cans inside causing for trash left everywhere . DO NOT GO!!!
