This patisserie is wonderful!!! The service is very nice and the macarons and pastries are top tier and very authentic! Be sure you visit this place when you're in town. It's absolutely worth it.
I live in the Midwest and vacation in Maine every few years, but I always make the drive down to Salem, MA because of Caramel. The best macarons money can buy! Never a short on a wide variety of rich flavors, and every bite is a little piece of heaven. I introduced my parents to them and they were in love.
