i have eaten at bonchon at multiple locations in two states, and this one was by far the best. my partner and i arrived shortly after they open (around 11:30 am) on an october weekday. in terms of crowds we weren't sure what to expect, as downtown salem is super busy in october, but we were sat immediately. our server was very polite and attentive! our drinks and food all came out pretty quickly, but not rushed. my boneless chicken was super crispy, hot, and fresh and the soy...read full review
