Dined here twice. Food and drinks are overall good. Service can be spotty, depending on staffing and crowd. Servers are friendly, just spread thin. Atmosphere varies depending on crowd. We sat inside once and outside once. I'd go at an off time. Second time we waited about 20 minutes in line just to enter. When we got in, the restaurant was 1/4 full. We were told only two staff were on. We go in Oct, that certainly impacts everything.

Ended up here after another popular taco spot told us they had a waitlist of 17 people lol I think they did us a favor. Here, chips and salsa were delivered almost immediately after we sat down and were fresh & delicious. For meals, we ordered the mole enchiladas and chimichangas, both were flavorful and filling. I also got a guacamole salad that was just shredded lettuce, tomato and guacamole which I low key expected so I wasn’t upset, plus it was good anyway. Prices were...

“Casa Tequila in Salem offers a decent dining experience with some ups and downs. The food was generally good, and the portion sizes were generous—especially the rice, which was more than enough. However, I ordered corn tortillas for my tacos but ended up receiving flour tortillas instead, which was disappointing. The mix-up aside, the flavors were solid, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. It’s a decent spot for a casual meal, but there’s definitely room for improvement...
