We came in for dinner and had really tasty wings, smashed burgers, and a few drinks. The atmosphere was casual so we were able to hold conversations, relax, and just enjoy our meal together. The food came out in a timely manner without any problems. Our server, Chloe, was super friendly and helpful. The manager, Murph, also checked in with us and even gave us a quick history of the Salem Santa/Tree lighting happenings, when we wondered about the hoard of people wandering by outside....
I was able to get a spot at the bar and while my server was very nice, others behind the counter not much so. Also, I saw many staff including the waitress use their hands to put chips or other food on plates without gloves or washing. Overall a nice place but the staff could use some training.

Parking: Counter is located on Essex Street Pedestrian Mall, so parking is a block or 2 away. Note: Parking on city streets or lots is paid 8am-8pm 7 days a week.
