Best hotel I ever stayed in. Staff is amazing, food is great and rooms are clean and beautiful. I have stayed in a lot of different rooms and they were all fantastic. Manager is amazing and so is the rest of the staff, we have grown to love them and feel at home everytime we stay there. We even got engaged there!!!
We loved our one-night stay here at the end of a whirlwind college tour. The hotel is right in the middle of everything on Essex Street (do be aware it's a short, easy walk on a pedestrian mall from parking). Our 2-level room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. The decor was lovely and made us feel like we were staying in someone's chic guest room. We loved the amenities, and the concierge staff was lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
I stayed here the last two nights on my bucket list trip to Salem. They were amazing, the room was awesome and the whole place was beautiful and luxurious without breaking the bank. Bonus it’s right in the middle of Essex St so in the middle of everything, making walking around easy. I got here before check in so they held my bags while I explored and delivered them to my room when I checked in.
