Manager is amazing and so is the rest of the staff, we have grown to love them and feel at home everytime we stay there. We even got engaged there!!!
We loved our one-night stay here at the end of a whirlwind college tour. The Roof is a standout spot with exceptional staff, especially the bartenders, who provide quick and friendly service. Guests can enjoy stunning views of downtown Salem, especially at sunset, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The rooftop offers a great environment for a night out or a celebration, with the opportunity to enjoy a delicious espresso martini under the sunset. The drinks are always made to perfection, and the staff is attentive, ensuring everyone feels welcome. Visitors often praise the impeccable service and the chance to share a memorable experience with friends or loved ones. While the food is limited to Mexican and South American cuisine, it is excellent and clean, making it a good choice for those looking for a tasty meal with a view. However, some guests have noted concerns about lost items and the handling of lost property, which can be disappointing. Overall, The Roof is highly recommended for anyone visiting Salem, offering a phenomenal experience with stunning views and a lively atmosphere.
