There are plenty of pizza and sub shops in Salem. Don't go to this one. Despite having it listed on the menu, they don't have any steak tips or any turkey for sandwiches, you never know what you are going to get when you receive your food because they don't bother to listen to you as you place your order, and then they want to argue with you when you ask for it to be made as you asked for in the first place. Go to Salem House of Pizza or Essex House of Pizza. You will get more for your money and your order will be made correctly, trust me.

Excellent, back last summer (2023) I was talking with the owner about how a lot of people put sugar in their sauce and then call it Italian, well we both agreed that is American, not Italian!!!Plus we talked about how you have to cook the dough just right, the more the bet!!!Great place with excellent people and employees, very inviting and friendly !!!!I've dined there and have had take out!!!Parking: Depending on what time of year it is that you have to pay.As far as parking depends on what time of year it is as well.If you're picking your food up, you're better off having a driver and dropping someone off and grabbing the food and the driver drives around until that person comes out or until there's a place to park.Good Luck if you're there in October, that's all I'm saying!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Wheelchair accessibility!!

When I saw pictures on yelp I knew it was more of a "moms & pops" the kind of pizza you see in movies not some fancy hipster spot. Service was great! They have cool little pin ball games in the corner, good rock n roll type music and the vibe was family. My wife & I got wings and two slices of pizza. BOMB. Wings were delicious & pizza was good. Again it's no fancy hipster Bambolina pizza. If we're ever in Salem again we'll definitely stop by!

If you are a local like me and lost all hope for this place, we'll think again the owner Scott has put it back on the map from the service to the quality and made it his own!!! Best pizza downtown and subs are always soft and fresh!!!

Great food, service and location. Stopped in here while visiting Salem MA for an early dinner and it did not disappoint. The Cheesesteak was awesome, pizza was great, the whole family loved it. Oh, and not to mention great prices, very reasonable for the location and quality.
