Visited Boston (from Georgia) in April 2026. The museum staff recommended Essex Pizza & Deli. Enjoyed lunch - Cool vibe, great food & excellent service! The whole team was great but the only girl who was working (4/10/26) was exceptional!! She even gave us metal pins (pizza) to remember our visit!

I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, I'm from out of town from Michigan & the atmosphere, vibe, & friendliness of the whole staff, especially Jimmy the general manager. The food was fantastic & I can't see myself going anywhere else if I'm ever in Salem again.

Jimmy, Cass and the whole staff here are not just amazing at what they do but are amazing people to work with!!! The menu is loaded and served consistently everytime!! A true local favorite for food and service!!! Cheers to being awesome
