I order from here 1-2 times per week and the consistency is astounding. Fantastic and friendly staff who never seem to be rattled, no matter how busy it gets. Support business like this!

Cute coffee shop and great coffee. We went two days in a row while in town because we liked it so much. We got the caramel delight latte.

My girlfriend and I came to front street coffee house after a function at town hall.We wanted to get a coffee and rest a bit...Before we ordered, she asked to use a bathroom..The male said it's for customers only...They were closing in 5 mins, and we wanted to sit so we declined to order..We explained to clerk the situation and he said you still I have 5 mins to order...Needless to say, they declined the use of bathroom...I remember someone sued Starbucks for that reason and won...Wake up front street coffee clerk, and don't be so heartless!!...If I could give 1/2 a star I would!...We won't be back!!

Odd, mediocre coffee shop with terrible service located in a city with multiple great alternatives within walking distance. Thoughtless shop layout (perhaps the space was hastily converted from a clothing boutique?) dysfunctional ordering/pickup process (orders are absentmindedly left down a staircase around a blind corner?!) without any drinks menu in sight. Careless service from apathetic baristas who focus on chatting with each other instead of making coffee. Small selection of boring sandwiches. Reselling Atomic coffee (a great local coffee roaster!) is perhaps their single redeeming attribute. Id love to support a small local shop — Odd Meter Coffee around the corner is fantastic! Cannot imagine Front Street Coffeehouse will last very long in Salem.

Simply an amazing place. All kinds of coffees both hot and cold and other drinks. We didn’t eat there but the menu looked to be mighty tasty and from the line of folks ordering I have to say they were good also.So we had a variety of coffees - I had a hot drip with blueberry, chocolate and I can’t remember what else and it was delightful. My wife had the exact same thing but cold. We certainly will stop there next year when we return to Salem.

Huge line. Hot as hell inside. Long wait for cold mid food. Do not waste your time. Also don’t try opening the door for fresh air because you’ll be yelled at.

Quality coffee with a great ambiance. Quaint atmosphere and friendly employees make this place a must stop if in Salem!

Bagels were very tasty and the bread can actually be substituted with croissants or focaccia! The service was great and the cashier was friendly and patient. The lines can get long during the month of October due to the influx of tourists. As a result, seating is very limited.

If you’re a tourist visiting Salem, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. They do not like the company and will let it be known, I’ll just leave it at that.
