I asked if the cookies were soft or hard. Nobody behind the counter understood my question. Filet o fish was burnt, and oily strawberry pie was burnt and shriveled. Had to pick around the hard crust to eat two bites...How do you mess up a pie? Never again.

Yeah I am going to be 100% honest, i’ve been here very often and I don’t know why I keep coming back. They need to stop grinding immigrants because they never understand and order. They also never cooperate with anything, so this review may not do much, but all i know is these illegal immigrants just want to work for minimum wage and they can’t provide decent customer service. Close the borders, stop hiring these illegals that can’t get the american culture right.

They will leave your order hanging in a third-party system for well over an hour so that you’re forced to go to bed without dinner and they will actively ignore the phone calls coming in on a working line for well over an hour so that they can disrespect you and steal your money and leave you going to bed without any food even though you’re a hard-working neighbor just like anyone else

For a 24hr McDonalds it’s a lousy restaurant. Stopped by around 930 pm and we were greeted by an individual saying “no habla” to us. When someone, who did speak English, finally came to the counter and we attempted to order we were to they had no milkshakes, ice cream or frozen drinks.I would rate the food a zero since they didn’t have what we wanted, but it’s not an option.If you show in person good luck with the service and finding something they actually make there.

I ordered a drive thru pickip at 10:20, with 3 other mohile orders in the same car, they refused to serve us all at once which is understandable but after the second order they said we dont have any more food. Joselyn was lying to us and refusing to give us her name, luckily she was wearing a necklace with her name on it. Even refused to hive us a refund on our order aswell. Never coming back
