This location charges you on sauces and drink refills. I know it’s not the workers fault but some seemed very rude probably cause this location seemed to have no AC in a heatwave. I was sweating more inside than outside. It was a little dirty too.
My experience in this place was the worst possible, the understanding is horrible, if you are a customer they deliver your wrong order and you are totally wrong if you are going to complain to them, when it is delivery they are twice as bad in the service, if you did not wake up on a good day the best thing is not to leave the house, even more so if it is to serve with so much neglect and with a horrible face, it is your job do well done.
I went through the drive through where I told him I was using a code. The worker then did not put my code in until I told him he had to put the code in then treated me with attitude the rest of my order. I order three medium fries for me and my friends, when I got my food I asked for sauce and then told me I was only allowed one sauce for all three fries. I pulled into the parking lot and walked in and asked to more sauce and then they proceeded to charge me 3 dollars for two...read full review
