Last night I attended Chef Roy's knife skills class and it was a wonderful joyful learning experience with a great vibe. It was a lot of good information about all types of knives with the emphasis on the chef's knife. I was able to practice and get some individual attention on a better way to dice an onion. I came home and diced up some vegetables for dinner. I look forward to attending more classes at Salem Gnu Kitchen. Thank you!
