Dog friendly! I called to make sure my dog was able to come and they allowed him to stay under the table. The service and food was very good! Cozy and calm.

It's a very cute restaurant, but the food was nothing to rave about. The potatoes tasted like old oil, the eggs had aluminum marks (from the griddle), it makes you wonder if the kitchen is clean.

Great food and more parking than anywhere else in Salem. Everything was good! Get the Bloody Mary.

Everything was incredible could not ask for a better brunch experience. From the food to the drinks, portions were perfect, and food was delicious with great options. Our server Baker made the experience all the more enjoyable and will recommend to everyone to check out!!

Small place, we sat at the bar on a Saturday morning. Loved our food and service. If we ever return to Salem, will be back at the Salem's retreat for sure!

We were looking for somewhere to have a yummy breakfast on our trip to Salem and their pancakes were divine.

Ginelle (dressed as super man) was literally our hero. An absolute sweetheart. Warm and welcoming, she was a refreshing delight. The food was amazing, we’re still craving those crabcakes. Thank you so much.
I would post pictures but the food was eaten and gone before we had the chance.

Excellent customer service. Recommend the breakfast sandwich and anyone of the their specialty cocktails.

Some of the wait staff was friendly and others were unattentive, and one just plain rude. Did wait for a bartender to appear behind the bar, for nearly 8 minutes, and then it took equally as long to get the drink. Our waiter was great! The buffalo chicken wrap was excellent as well as the hash. The chicken & waffles and pancakes were just average...lacking flavor. One person didn't taste and alcohol at all in the Spiced Eggnog...felt just like plain eggnog. My biggest complaint was that we were swarmed by fruit flies landing on our food, drinks and even lips.

It's nearly unbelievable to find a place to eat on a beautiful Saturday in October near Salem. If you don't mind, the 10-minute walk, cross the bridge away from the main town and stop at Salem's retreat. I was there midday, and had a great brunch sitting at the bar. Service was excellent despite the absolute madhouse of people, they move things quickly without making you feel rushed. Food was very good, but I was particularly delighted that they had a side of fried plantains, which you just don't find everywhere, made a great complement to breakfast.
