We love this place and eat here multiple times every time we visit the area. Never had anything we didn't like.
Service was absolutely amazing, I loved the comedic factor the waitress had, stayed on top of things (refills i.e.) and the food was absolutely delectable.
The chicken cutlet was fabulous my friends had the Italian Club and chicken alfredo the Porsches was so large and the food was delicious anyone misses going there if they're in the area are really missing a great meal

Dotty and Ray’s is a fantastic breakfast place to check out in the Northshore. With just about everything made from scratch, you won't find a better breakfast around. The food was great, the best food in Salem. It is a cute, busy diner with Italian on the menu. The chicken cutlet was fabulous, breaded to perfection. The omelet was perfect and the hash browns on another level. The bread and sauce amazing. Biscuits & Gravy and the blueberry pancakes are highly recommended. The atmosphere is nice. Prices were very reasonable for the portion size. Fantastic and friendly service. Extremely worth coming by at least once if in the area.
