Beer had vinegar smell and taste. Sent it back, did not get another one and was still charged. Shrimp ramen- shrimp overcooked. Clam chowder- was ok, have had better. Baked haddock was good, scallops good, trout was good. Did well with the food allergy at the table. Arrived early for reservation and they were able to seat us.
We met some friends to celebrate our friend's birthday. We sat out on the deck with a lovely view. The waitress was very accommodating having made a suggestion when I could not eat the vegetables offered due to dietary restrictions. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The only negative was that it was a very very warm evening and there were no fans or AC on the deck or even in the inside dining room. So we were all a bit uncomfortable. Our waitress was great. Drinks were strong. Clam chowder tasted amazing, however, it was as thick as pudding. Tacos were not that great. Vibe and energy is as expected. Major props for putting oyster flavor descriptions on the menu!! Restrooms were clean. Over all, its not a bad place to go if you're in Salem.
