We had a wonderful time at The Derby and can't wait to go back. The food was very good but a waiter, Ryan, was awesome and made the night more fun! See you again soon!

Food was outstanding. Service was very good. Portions of food was too much for me but very, very good. Bring your appetite. Definitely recommend this place to eat.

The guy at the front door took away my silverware when I was using them. I was enjoying the live music and he interrupted my jam.

We needed a place to celebrate a college graduation and so happy we came across The Derby! The manager welcomed us like we were old friends. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly. The kitchen was clearly a well oiled machine. The food came out quickly and was delicious! I forgot to take pictures but our table had Chicken Parm Tacos, Prime Rib Dip, Bada Bing Pasta, and Chimichurri Steak Frites. Not a complaint from anyone! Out waitress happily took several pictures so we could all be in the pictures. And when we were leaving, the manager expressed his appreciative for our patronage. This is a great place to gather with friends and family for relaxed night out. You won’t be disappointed!

Very limited parking. After several minutes we finally found a spot and went in, we waited about 7 minutes for a server and then ordered drinks, meals, and an appetizer. Our server left and returned about 5 minutes later and said they had no diet coke. I then ordered root-beer and he left. Five minutes later he returned to say they now had no root-beer. We choose to leave, we felt unwelcome. He seemed happy we were leaving. We have never been treated so strangely and hurtfully while out shopping or eating. As a tourist I would not recommend, they did not want us there.

The prices insinuate we’re getting quality food, well here’s your warning.

We ordered the nachos which had mostly chips and a few sprinkles tomato’s and black beans. After the first 10 “nachos” there was only chips and cheese left. Thrown together very quickly

We also got broccoli for our 3 year old who couldn’t bite through it cuz the kitchen didn’t bother to cook it all the way. We heard the crunch as soon as he took a bite and knew it was under cooked. The side of “whipped potatos” we also ordered for him were literally instant potatos. Pretty disgusting and crazy to charge anyone for fake food. You can’t make mashed potato’s before the shift?

Server never cleared out table so we sat with tons of empty dishes

Pretty lame experience and i wouldn’t jump to spend my money here at all and not kid friendly, even for a slow lunch

We loved the Derby, great food, fast service, attentive. The seared Ahi tuna was absolutely amazing . We also had the Derby burgers and the Pork belly Burger. Those were absolutely amazing and I did not get pictures because we just ate it too fast.

Did the monday “girl dinner” deal and it was excellent! A Caesar salad, perfect crinkle fries, and an espresso martini. Would definitely recommend!

This is a long overdue review of The Derby, as my husband and I have dined there a couple times a month for several years. We’ve always enjoyed their food but finally had the pleasure of utilizing their private space and we would undoubtedly do another event there if the opportunity arose.

Doug and his team were so accommodating and professional across the planning process. Moreover, they were very helpful in making adjustments and meeting the needs of our many guests the day-of. We cannot say enough good things about the experience. We highly recommend the Derby- whether it be for a weekday meal or for a private event!

Great place! A bit unfortunate when a person in my party ordered the Cabrese Pizza that clearly says basil oil and it came out with pesto. When the server was told that the person who ordered it can't do pine nuts and the fact that the menu stated basil oil not pesto all they came back with was it's not made with pine nuts... They did not offer to rectify or take away the entree. We had to request to have it removed which they did in the end.

Would have been nice to have been served.
