We stopped here on the way up to Portland ME, it was an authentic family / counter service fish fry place, full of character and good bites. We got the lobster roll (20$ market price), and a sea food plate with clams, haddock, scallops, shrimp, and something else with fries and onion rings. It came up to about 60 $ with a few dollars in the tip jar. No drinks/alcohol here. We enjoyed and left happily full.
Lena’s is a classic New England mom and pop seafood shack. It’s always a delight when the food is truly good, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. No wonder Lena’s Seafood has done business for so long.

The food is out of this world.Unfortunately, I am allergic to shellfish and cannot eat it. Before I became allergic, I loved their clam chowder and clam plates. Oh! How I wish I could eat those clams one more time. But, their onion rings are my favorite (just don’t tell your cardiologist).Parking: There is a large parking lot.
