I was in this Dunkin’ Donuts late morning today. I over heard the manager tell a trainee that their moto is “ One customer at a time. Don’t get stressed out. They can all way. “. So now there is 7 people waiting in this tiny DD and they are making one sandwich and coffee at a time. I used the new order ahead option andbitvwas SWEET! When I got to the parking lot, I activated the "ready now." I used the app to complete the order in Osterville before I drove to Sandwich. I wanted to pick up an item or two before picking up my Dunkin order. By the time I walked into the Dunkin Donuts shop, it was packed and the line was at the door on one of the busiest Saturday mornings of the summer.
