Ordered a white cake with buttercream frosting. Cake was OUTSTANDING!!! Exactly the taste I was looking for! Buttercream frosting was PERFECT! Cake so moist and delicious!
Ellen has made some special cakes for us over the years which has made our birthdays and house warming party even more memorable. I always order my favorite chocolate drip cake with strawberries on top. Her cakes are wonderfully decorated and are delicious to eat and every one of my friends and family thoroughly enjoys them ! Ellen was so wonderful to work with!!! She created my vision for our baby shower cake while also making great suggestions! She works with natural ingredients which is such a plus. Our cake was delicious and we got lots of compliments. Flavor was lemon icing with raspberry buttercream filling. She also made delicious cookies with jam filling, chocolate brownies and gluten free cakecicles for our gluten free guests!!
