Placed an order on the go, allowed 10 minutes to make a frozen coffee and bagel sandwich to pick up at drive thru. Stuck in line for 10 minutes (literally stuck, couldn't get out of line and walk in) then 10 minutes waiting at the window. The order taker got exasperated and made the sandwich herself.
