This vibrant brewery in Somerville is a hidden gem tucked away in a corner, featuring an impressive outdoor area that's likely a popular hangout during the summer months. The interior is spacious and stylish, with plenty of seating in the main room and additional areas to the left as you walk in. There are also a variety of food vendors on-site, making it a great spot to enjoy a drink and a bite with friends.
Awesome choice of beers, also love the arepas from Carolicious and how spacious it is. I often bring games and try to get there early evening before it's too crowded.
Went there w my bf because they’re supposedly so friendly but the bartenders were super aloof and dismissive and completely disinterested in answering our questions or being polite. It was giving hipster in the pretentious way
What a great spot! I’ve been multiple times with friends and it’s a great spot to hangout with plenty of space both inside and outside. Really great beer with tons of options for everyone. Different events all the time, themes for holidays. They really keep people coming back for more. Couple of awesome things: they have a water machine that’s super fancy, you can get flavored water with electrolytes and sparking water… also a really great Venezuelan restaurant inside serving up awesome food. More of a place to hang with friends/family as opposed to catching a game. Friendly staff as well. Also, just be cautious that they are pretty strict when it comes to IDs so have them ready regardless of if you’re drinking or not. Others may complain but it’s MA after all, most places are strict and make no exceptions.
finding a parking spot is tough, but the beers and the live-music were worth it.
I attended Dr. Daniel Breen's Tavern Talk at the Aeronaut Brewing Company and learned a lot!
Thank you for a safe environment to increase my neuroplasticity in Nov 2024. Your staff was very friendly and the Art of the Somerville Museum was beautiful. I appreciate that you hosted this interesting & mind opening event.
Great selection of beer, friendly service. There is also a Venezuelan food court inside if you are hungry, sadly, I didn’t try the food myself, but the guy from the bar said it was legit. The beer though was 100% fantastic.
I spent more time than necessary looking for parking here, it was horrendous. The street's also 2 way and very tight squeeze, honestly should be a one way street. Aeronaut's outdoor seating was close, but more than enough seating indoors. I ordered the Helles 4 Cause to support the cause, which was smooth and hoppy. Probably the fastest I drank a cup thus far. There was also a food vendor indoors, but I didn't want to make unnecessary pit stops during my bar hopping. I did see a few other things I wanted to try, but maybe I'll come back if I'm in the area.
Good spot. Pretty loud. Nice live music. Efficient service. Solid beer. If you want a big space with just beer that is pretty loud this is a great spot.
I’ve been coming to Aeronaut for 8 years now so it’s about time I let the world know how great they are. The beer’s good. We know that. You can probably find their flagship IPA in your local liquor store. What makes Aeronaut special is the space they curate and uphold. The people make it a can’t-miss type of place. I’ve hosted birthdays here (they make reserving tables & hosting events super easy), worked remotely here (there’s cold brew and NA options), and enjoyed more than my fair share of events. From the weekly trivia and jazz nights to their leap day party, Aeronaut knows how to have a good time. I’m lucky to live nearby now and call this craft brewery my local bar, since it’s become my “third place” of sorts. Special shoutout to Wes & Charles (amongst others! Maggie! Paul! David! Jen! John & Liam! So many good people!) who often run the show on weeknights and know how to bring a good vibe even if you’re coming off a long challenging work day.

Came in to enjoy an adult beverage before heading to dinner. The service is exceptional. Plenty of space inside and outside on the patio. There was a band playing, very enjoyable. I had the Octoberfest, very nice.
Would be great to update your hours. It says close at midnight but actually closes at 11
Me and my sister loved this place and will definitely be back. Great vibe and when we came there was live jazz music which was great. Lots of room outside and inside and the decor and murals is cool. Loved the beer. My sister got a dark lager and I got a blonde ale that tasted like earl grey tea that was so good and unique.
Turned away my friend because his license had expired recently. He’s 36 years old and obviously not under 21. He was officially 36 until his license expired IN THE PAST. What part of the linear and inexorable passage of time is unclear here? Just obnoxious.
Very nice grounds and beer flavors. really enjoyed the welcome flight, and took home a 4 pack of the Oktoberfest fest. Highly recommend with non-alcoholic options and a restaurant all in the same space.
